Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus on praeguse põlvkonna Arrow Lake arhitektuuril põhinev töölaua protsessor, mis ühendab kõrge jõudluse ja AI-võimalused. Protsessor on varustatud 6 jõudlustuumaga ja 12 tõhusatumaga, pakkudes kokku 18 tuuma ja sama palju lõimeid, mis tagavad suurepärase jõudluse nii igapäevaste ülesannete kui ka nõudlike rakenduste jaoks.
Seade on ette nähtud Socket FCLGA1851 pistikuga emaplaa jaoks ja sisaldab 30 MB Smart Cache mälu. Lisaks protsessorijõudlusele on integreeritud Intel AI Boost NPU, mis toetab kuni 13 TOPs jõudlust ja mitut AI tarkvararaamistikku (DirectML, ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, WebNN, Windows ML). Komplektis on ka sisseehitatud graafika kuni 8 TOPsega.
