Samsung Galaxy A16 on suurepärane valik igapäevaseks kasutamiseks ja meediakriitikate jaoks. Nutitelefon on varustatud 6,7-tollisel Super AMOLED ekraaniga, mis pakub 1080 x 2340 pikslite resolutsiooni ja 16 miljoni värvi toe. Ekraan on eriti valgusküllus ja värvirikkus iga tingimuse juures.
Jõudluse poolest kannab seadet 8-tuumaline protsessor 2,2 GHz boost sagedusega, millele lisandub 4GB RAM-mälu ja 128GB sisemälu. Plokkimälus saab kasutada microSD kaarte kuni 1,5TB mahuga. Akupatarei mahutavus on 5000 mAh ning laadimisele kuluv aeg on minimaalne 25W USB-C laadijaga.
Kaamerasüsteem sisaldab kolme peakaamerat 50MP (f/1.8), 5MP (f/2.2) ja lisasensorit f/2.4 avaga. Kaamera toetab automaatset teravustamist, 10x digitaalset suumi ja 120fps aegluubis funktsioonialust. Esikaamera on 13MP (f/2) single kaamerapaigutusega selfie-fotode jaoks.
